If you place your order during a sale, we ask for an extra day or two on this timeline. Once your order has been processed and shipped, your chosen shipping method will indicate how many days it will take for the package to arrive on your doorstep. Please email us if you have any questions about your order or need your shipment to arrive by a specific time. The Paper Lover Co. is not responsible for any international customs regulations or duties that may apply. Depends on the destination, please allow minimum 2 weeks for International shipments to arrive.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What is your return or refund policy?”]If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for merchandise within 30 days of purchase. With a receipt, we offer a refund in the same manner in which the original sale was made for the items that are returned. All items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents. Items cannot be returned without a receipt. Sale merchandise is not returnable for exchange or refund.
